I’ve always been curious about what makes movement feel better, not just look better. Classical Pilates gave me a way to keep exploring that question through structure, repetition, and the small details that change how a movement feels.
I created 34 Pilates Lab to share that kind of practice: a place to move, stay curious, and keep discovering what your body can do.
Outside the studio, I’m usually planning my next trip, enjoying a glass of wine, taking photos of spaces that inspire me, or finding ways to live with a little less and enjoy it a little more.

I spent years working in tech before finding Pilates as a way to undo some of the effects of long days behind a desk. Somewhere along the way, I became curious about how the body moves, why certain things feel difficult, and how small changes can make a big difference.
That curiosity eventually led me to Classical Pilates, where I found a deeper connection to movement through its structure, precision, and progression. Over time, that interest grew from my own practice into teaching. I love helping people understand their bodies better and discover movement that feels stronger, more natural, and connected.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me swimming, searching for a good coffee shop, planning my next trip, or spending time with my dog, Margo.

I fell in love with Classical Pilates because there’s always something more to discover. A familiar exercise can feel completely different when you find a little more control, connection, or flow. That’s what keeps me curious, both in my own practice and when I teach.
I enjoy creating that same sense of awareness for my clients, helping them notice the small details and connections that can completely change the way a movement feels.
Outside the studio, I’m happiest walking around the city, wandering through art galleries, and enjoying the little things along the way.

After teaching Modern Pilates for several years, I became curious about what Pilates is really about. That curiosity led me to Classical Pilates, where I was drawn to the structure, natural flow, and the way each movement connects to the next.
What I love most is how the exercises work together as a whole, building a deeper sense of control and connection in the body. I hope my clients can experience that same feeling, gaining confidence in their movement and enjoying the small sense of accomplishment that comes from discovering what their bodies can do.
Outside the studio, I love trying different sports, staying active, and spending time at cafés with a book or friends. I’m also always excited to explore new places and collect new experiences beyond Korea.
